A proud Glendale resident since 1987, Artin Ghassemian brings deep-rooted knowledge of the area and surrounding communities—especially Sparr Heights, where he and his family now live. With a lifelong passion for real estate, Artin earned his degree in Real Estate Finance from USC, followed by an MBA in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to obtain his real estate license and launch his career in 2002 with Prudential California Realty.

That same year, he purchased his first property—a one-bedroom fixer-upper condo in Glendale—which sparked a parallel path in property renovation. Over the years, Artin has bought and transformed multiple properties, ultimately earning his California General Contractor’s license to help others bring their dream homes to life.

In 2005, Artin became broker and owner of Berkshire Realty Inc., serving Glendale and its neighboring communities. In 2017, he founded Sparr Heights Realty to focus exclusively on the area's most coveted neighborhood.

Artin and his wife, Norma, are raising their two sons, Andrew and Henry, along with their cockatiel, Nico, in Sparr Heights. Both boys attend Crescenta Valley High School.
