A Glendale resident since 1987, Artin Ghassemian is extremely knowledgeable of the area and surrounding communities, especially Sparr Heights. Always having an interest in real estate, naturally he majored in Real Estate Finance at USC before obtaining an MBA in marketing from Loyola Marymount University. Artin exhibited a tremendous entrepreneurial spirit, which saw him earn his real estate license. His career as a Realtor® began in 2002 with Prudential California Realty as a sales agent.

 

That same year, he also purchased his first property, a 1 bedroom fixer-upper condo in Glendale. Since then, in addition to being a Realtor® he has been purchasing properties and renovating them along the way. After having renovated multiple properties throughout the years, he decided to obtain his California General Contractors license as well allowing him to assist others in converting their house into their dream home.

Since 2005, Artin has been broker and owner of Berkshire Realty Inc. focusing in Glendale and neighboring communities. In 2017, he established Sparr Heights Realty to focus exclusively on the highly sought out neighborhood of Glendale.

Artin, his wife Norma, their two sons Andrew and Henry along with their cockatiel Nico call Sparr Heights home. Andrew is a ninth grader at Crescenta Valley High School and Henry is a seventh grader at Rosemont Middle School.
